The sock illustrations explore silhouette, knit, and grip placement. Materials, washing instructions, grip specifications, and on-foot photography will be added once the actual products are confirmed.

The next steps.

Our collection is currently out of stock. When ordering opens, US delivery will use USPS Ground Advantage, with the carrier’s rate shown at checkout before you pay. Transit estimates begin when USPS receives your parcel and are not guaranteed.

30-day returns

Contact hello@diosagrips.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a return. Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover tracked return postage; original delivery charges are not refunded. There is no restocking fee. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return postage.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Returned set items are refunded at the discounted amount paid for those items. For another size or style, return the eligible item and place a new order when stock is available. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

A place to explore.

Your bag and unfinished set stay in this browser. My Account uses email sign-in; saved sets and orders are stored in your account. Contact and delivery details are used by Diosa to process your order. If you join our email list, we store your email address to send your welcome offer, product news and restock updates through our email provider. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Your shipping address is shared with Shippo and the carrier to calculate rates and deliver your parcel. Card details are handled directly by Stripe.

On the private test preview, use fictional delivery details and a Stripe test card. Sign-in codes are sent to the email you provide. Clearing browser data removes your bag and draft, but does not delete your account’s saved sets or orders. You can remove saved sets from My Account.
